Stmt2CSV is a web application that converts PDF bank statements into clean, structured CSV and Excel files using automated parsing.
Upload your PDF statement, review the preview, and confirm if it looks correct. After confirmation, you can download CSV or Excel.
Credits are deducted only when you confirm the preview (“Looks good to me”). One confirmation = one credit.
Yes. New accounts receive 2 free credits after signup.

We support text-based PDF bank statements. Scanned image PDFs are not currently supported.
Uploaded PDFs are processed and then deleted. We do not store your financial data permanently.
We extract Date, Description, Debit, Credit, and Balance columns when present.
Yes. We use email/password with verification to protect usage and prevent abuse.
Files are limited to 10MB for performance and reliability.
If the preview looks wrong, choose “Not correct” and try again or contact support for help.
We support most text-based bank statements globally. Primary markets include US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
